Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati for a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure a high standard of customer service, and maintain the quality of the food and beverages offered. Responsibilities include staff hiring and training, managing inventory, addressing customer needs, and ensuring operational efficiency to meet business goals. The candidate will collaborate closely with the team to create a welcoming environment that upholds the Bizu standard of excellence.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Hiring and managing a team effectively
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge and interest in Food & Beverage operations
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role is highly desirable
• At Least 10 Years Experience in the Food and Beverage Industry with at least 5 years experience in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
