Job Description:

Job description (heading) / Description du poste (titre)
. Management of existing external vendor and shared services relationships
. Evaluation and monitoring of vendor performance under Operations with Service Solutions as Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM)
. Ensure proper governance/oversight over TC's service providers
. Act as first line of defence on the following risk areas - Third Party Risk, Business Continuity, IT and Security.
. Management and oversight of key group initiatives - work with the COO in ensuring continuous improvement in SLIMTC's ecosystem (infrastructure, process, people, etc.) so operations can continue to support both internal and external client requirements

Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)

. Sufficient knowledge of the asset or investment management business and processes. Knowledge of the trust industry is an advantage
. Specialized in leading and managing teams/projects involving both internal and external stakeholders (i.e. vendors, customers)
. Analytical thinking and problem solving
. Good written and verbal communication skills
. Team player

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

. University degree
. At least 10 years of related experience Business / systems analysis, and Project Management

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

1. Evaluation and monitoring of the outsourcing model and vendor performance

2. Leads the team in terms of developing the end-to-end solution for SLIMTC's digital initiatives which focuses on Client, Agent and data consolidation.

3. Governance and management of outsourcing and shared services

4. Assists in the day-to-day operations of Fund Operations and Account Servicing

5. Compliance and Audit

6. Administrative function such as reporting to the Management Committee, relevant Steering Committees and BOD.
