Conflict, Extended, & Additional Minerals Program (RMMP)

  • Establish, in partnership with the Business Process organization, a proactive management system of suppliers for conflict, extension, and additional minorals
  • Manage and support the business units and suppliers whoro rolevant for the proactive minerals and materials program, including the annual conflict minerals audit campaign
  • Oversee supplier compliance campaigns/questionnaires and industry audit scheme
  • Review and validate Conflict, Extended, and Additional Minerals Reporting Templates submitted by suppliers and communicate approval or rejection to the Business Unit Procurement loads. Train TE operations and suppliers on requirements
  • Identify in-scope parts and related suppliers for the annual Conflict Minerals audit campaign, coordinate data collection, and validate submissions, also for Externed and Additional minerals requirements. Coordinating data collection and validating submissions
  • Monitor smelter risk statuses (High-Risk, Sanctioned, Unknown, Non-Conformant) and escalate per approved processes for both the proactive management systems and the annual conflict minerals audit campaign. Ensure accurate data integration into TE systems and dashboards (e.g, Power BI).
  • Assist BU Procurement Teams in remediation actions, including removal of Smelters of Concern.
  • Track and report compliance KPis related to smeller risk and supplier response rates for both proactive management system and annual conflict minerals audit campaign.
  • Work with Enterprise System, PEC, and Procurement Business Process teams to support the Iogic to ensure that the target of the correct commodities and suppliers is functioning correctly and always current.
  • Contribute to the annual SEC filings and internal reporting on due diligence activities.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving regulations and think and act globally to ensure effective collaboration cross-functionally to enable alignment to maximise supply assurance to be able to work across time zones
  • Ability to work in hours that support multiple countries and other duties as assigned

Supplier Engagement & Communication

  • In partnership with the Procurement Business Units, provide training to suppliers regarding how to disclose information for TE

Documentation Support

  • Update support SOPs and manuals for RMMP and related processes.
  • Document and keep updated Standard Work Processes for specific actions
  • Escalate critical non-conformances with Procurement Business Units and legal teams, and follow the due process

Job Overview

A core part of risk identification is the management of our mined minerals and materials. This role serves as a key compliance and operational analyst for TE Connectivity's Responsible Sourcing Program, which includes the Responsible Minerals and Materials Program (RMMP). The position supports implementing global sustainability and regulatory standards such as the OECD Responsible Business Conduct Due Diligence Guidance, drives business support for conflict, extended, and additional minerals compliance, and supports supplier risk assessment requirements. The role also supports supplier engagement, corrective action follow-ups, documentation of processes, and integration of risk findings to evolve TE systems. Interfaces: All Business Units procurement teams, supply chain disruption teams, and global corporate functional teams with related risk and compliance responsibilities.

Job Requirements

What your background should look like

  • BE or Post Graduate degree, MBA or equivalent
  • Global experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, and/or electronics industries
  • 10-12 years of core experience in supply chain and supplier-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Compliance, including strategic alignment, operational modeling, process optimization, and data analytics.
  • Expertise in supplier relations and capacity-building training, Knowledge of supplier code of conduct requirements, and experience with programs like the Responsible Mineral Initiative of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA). Proven program management, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficient with ERP systems, business intelligence applications, data mining, and analysis.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • An analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and management of data skills
  • Program management and ability to drive positive change, Team player with a passion for sustainability and compliance.
