We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Resource Officer to support key transformation initiatives within our Rural Bank operations. In this role, you will contribute to process cleanup and improvement efforts, ensure effective records and document management, and provide operational support across branches as needed. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to drive operational efficiency and support ongoing transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleanup activities related to Rural Bank's transformation
- Projects that will arise relevant to Rural Bank's transformation.
- Primary Reliever for Branch Operations-related processes based on the Relief Arrangement. This covers both Sta Rosa Branch and Bacoor Branch.
- Point person for Records Management
- Bank Forms inventory and document control/version monitoring
- Assist to identify processes for improvement and work closely with Branch Operations Manager and Branch Operations Head.
