Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on real estate investments, portfolio strategy, and asset optimization
- Cultivate and manage long-term client relationships through strategic, consultative engagement
- Oversee end-to-end transactions, including property presentations, negotiations, coordination, documentation, and post-sale support
- Forecast and track commissions, billing, and deal performance to ensure transaction efficiency
- Represent the company at exclusive sales events, property launches, and networking engagements
- Support strategic sales and marketing initiatives aligned with premium market positioning
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and pipeline updates within the shared CRM system
- Proactively source, secure, and curate high-value property listings for client portfolios
Qualifications:
- Background in project selling or secondary market real estate sales, leasing and brokerage
- Willingness to attend sales lead generation events, property visits, and client meetings
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, Canva and similar tools
