Resident Engineer

Responsible in the supervision of the mall's equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall. Ensures compliance of the Mall (establishment) in the standards set forth by the government agencies and local government units. The function will also act as the assigned Pollution Control Officer of the mall.

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with Professional License in related field.

Experience Requirement:

• At least 3 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management and two (2) years relevant experience in environmental management.
• Preferably has previous designation as PCO.

Work Location:

The candidate must be willing to be assigned in any Pampanga malls such as SM City Pampanga, or SM Clark Tower.
