SM Supermalls is seeking a full-time Resident Engineer for an on-site role located in Valenzuela. The Resident Engineer will oversee building maintenance and operations to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with standards. Responsibilities include managing daily maintenance activities, coordinating with contractors for repairs or installations, addressing facility concerns, and implementing scheduled inspections. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with safety protocols, supervising the engineering team, and addressing any emergency technical issues promptly.

• Strong technical knowledge in building maintenance, engineering systems, and safety compliance
• Hands-on experience in supervising repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance
• Project management skills, including coordination with contractors and stakeholders
• Analytical thinking for troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Effective communication and leadership skills for managing engineering teams
• Educational background in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; licensed engineers are preferred
• Experience in property management or commercial building operations is an advantage
