Your role
As a Reservations Agent, You Will
- Handle all reservation-related calls including new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general enquiries in accordance with client quality guidelines
- Ensure guests are informed of all relevant operational policies, such as credit card requirements, cancellation terms, check-in/check-out times, and car parking availability
- Optimize revenue by selling from the highest room category down and promoting value-added services such as parking and breakfast
- Accurately track and apply sales promotions and advertising campaigns within the CMS as outlined in promotional advisories
- Enter and maintain confirmed reservation details in the CMS, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all guest data fields
Non-negotiables
What You Need:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service, sales, hospitality experience preferably in the BPO industry
- Open to undergrads with experience and fresh graduates with good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Knowledgeable in computer applications
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel) and other call centre-specific software/systems (i.e. 8x8, Dynamics, AVAYA)
- GDS experience is a plus but not required
