About the Role

The Recruitment Associate supports White Tiger's candidate sourcing efforts, focused exclusively on building high-quality pipelines for open roles across our client base in the accounting profession. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-directed professional who is experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter and excited about working in a structured, growth-oriented environment.

You will work closely with US and Philippines-based recruiters to ensure sourcing efforts align with hiring goals—without the added complexity of screening, client management, or interview coordination. It's a focused, high-impact role with a meaningful growth trajectory for someone who performs well and excels in sourcing and research-based work.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted candidate sourcing primarily via LinkedIn Recruiter and other research tools
  • Build and organize candidate lists based on defined role criteria
  • Publish and manage job postings across paid and free job boards, tracking expiration dates and ensuring resources are used effectively
  • Utilize Zoho Projects to manage tasks, track deadlines, and communicate with the team
  • Work within Zoho Recruit to track candidates, manage pipeline progress, and maintain accurate records for each search
  • Collaborate with US and Philippines-based recruiters to ensure pipelines align with hiring goals
  • Monitor market trends and talent pools within the accounting profession

Qualifications

  • Prior experience using LinkedIn Recruiter required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sourcing or recruiting support role
  • Familiarity with recruiting workflows and terminology
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work during US business hours (overlap required)
  • Experience sourcing in accounting or professional services preferred
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Zoho preferred)

Compensation & Work Schedule

  • Compensation: $9.00/hour
  • Weekly Commitment: Full-time
  • Working Hours: Must overlap with US business hours; exact schedule to be confirmed
  • Location: 100% remote – Philippines-based candidates only
