Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makati, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for conducting market research, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and managing projects to ensure timely and effective execution. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding marketing strategies and campaigns that meet and exceed company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external clients
• Experience in Market Research and data analysis to inform marketing strategies
• Background in Sales and Marketing, with an ability to support and execute campaigns
• Proven Project Management skills to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and strategies
• Adaptability to hybrid work settings (combining office and remote work)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
