Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- User Panel Management - Develop, expand, and continuously maintain a proprietary user panel database to ensure a steady pool of high-quality, reliable participants. Monitor panel health by tracking engagement, activity levels, and data accuracy, and implement strategies to improve retention, responsiveness, and overall participant experience.
- Process Standardization - Design, document, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows covering user recruitment, onboarding, communication protocols, and incentive distribution. Ensure all processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices, while maintaining consistency and quality across all stages of panel management.
- Work closely with internal research teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Support various research initiatives, including large-scale studies (e.g., 1,000+ sample market research projects) by ensuring timely sourcing of qualified participants and smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Preferred Background - Candidates with experience in leading market research agencies such as Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos, or similar organizations are strongly preferred. Ideal candidates will have hands-on exposure to panel management, participant recruitment, or fieldwork operations within a research-driven environment.
Professional Experience - Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in panel management, recruitment operations, fieldwork coordination, or related roles in market research or insights-driven organizations. Proven track record of managing participant databases and supporting research delivery is an advantage.
