Research Operations Specialist
Core Responsibilities:
- User Panel Management: Build and maintain our proprietary user database to ensure high-quality participants and consistent engagement/activity levels.
- Process Standardization: Establish end-to-end workflows for user recruitment, communication protocols, and incentive management.
- Internal Support: Collaborate seamlessly with the research team to fulfill recruitment needs for various projects (e.g., our 1,000-sample market studies).
Key Requirements:
- Target Background(for reference): Candidates from top-tier agencies like Nielsen, Kantar, or Ipsos with profiles in Panel Management, Panel Recruitment, or Fieldwork Management.
- Experience: 3 years.
- Competencies: Highly self-driven, excellent communication, and strong cross-cultural collaboration skills.
