What You'll Do:
- Lead the development and execution of consumer research strategies aligned with business objectives, delivering actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Oversee end-to-end research projects, including research design, data analysis, and report writing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear next steps.
- Guide and develop the research team, ensuring high-quality outputs while supporting their professional growth and capability building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external research vendors to drive effective research initiatives and continuously improve systems and processes.
- Support ad hoc research, analysis, and other related duties as required.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in consumer research.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including statistical methods and techniques.
- Proficient in statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R) and familiar with text mining, Natural Language Processing, and machine learning.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Good communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
