Improve and ensure great UX of AIA digital tools for both customers and agents across the 18 markets, by uncovering and articulating actionable insights as a subject matter expert
. Evangelize the importance of usability across the markets and provide support and guidance to local BUs
. Connect usability effectiveness with business objectives and data analytics
- Understand current AIA set of digital tools, and support tool evaluations and development, according to metrics, business, and project needs
- Select proper research methods to meet the research objective, for example, heuristic evaluation and end-user research, but also explore other appropriate research tools
- Continue to develop systematic research reporting structures for different audiences: Group stakeholders, local BU and management
- Work together with other Researchers and Digital Platform Owners to develop optimization goals, collect corresponding data improvements and report
- Conduct research or review and identify opportunities to improve tools for an agreed scope/KPI with PO team
- Conduct research on low rating apps and identify the cause of the problem.
- Conduct research to identify the cause of low conversion rate
- Work with BU and/or Group Design teams for solutions
- Independently prioritize time and efforts to deliver in line with key GTO initiatives and requests from relevant stakeholders
- Participate in recruitment activities for user research
- Independently produce and present convincing and clear reports based on research and evaluation results, in coordination with data where needed
- Participant in knowledge sharing and mentorship as a Design CoE expert for internal learning program participants
- Produce SharePoint topical information packs with research materials, for reference in BU adaptation.
- Support Community meetings for UX Research evangelization and cross Group/BU sharing
Experience and Education- Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent experiences
- Min 4+ years of relevant experiences in diverse team setups
- Experience in creating truly human centered, delightful customer experiences for mid-large corporations (could be a client)
Knowledge and Skills- Have the highest standards in informing the build of best-in-class UX/UI based on customer insights
- Hands-on research skills with the industry standard tools
- Updated with the latest Research trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Hands-on knowledge of the end-to-end development process for digital products
- Superior verbal and written presentation skills to communicate research findings in a clear and concise manner to designers, other researchers, writers, technologists, project managers and executives (in English. Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus)
