Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
Strong analytical and research skills
Knowledge of life insurance products and regulations (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willing to work in Makati.

Duties And Responsibilities

Assist in researching, developing, and shaping new products from concept to market launch.
Manage, track, and organize product prototypes with accurate documentation and timely updates.
Monitor and support production to ensure specifications, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product development, labeling, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect technical data, validate product details, and prepare documentation and marketing collateral.
