Research and Development Specialist (Food R&D)

Responsibilities:
- Develop, formulate, and improve food products, particularly savory and meat products
- Conduct product testing, evaluation, and food innovation activities
- Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with company standards
- Analyze food composition, ingredients, and chemical interactions in product development
- Evaluate and recommend ingredients and alternative raw materials for product improvement
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Purchasing for smooth product implementation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for food products and manufacturing processes
- Maintain confidentiality of product formulations and R&D data
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of laboratory and kitchen facilities
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Experience in Food R&D or product development
- Expertise in savory or meat products is highly preferred
- Exposure to food manufacturing or food-related companies
- Strong knowledge of food safety, ingredients, food formulation, and kitchen operations
- Experience in developing new food products and improving existing formulations
