Philippine Nutri-Foods Corporation (PNFC) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Research and Development (R&D) Manager to lead our Technical Services Unit and drive product innovation from concept to commercialization.
In this role, you will spearhead the development of new formulations, enhance existing products, and ensure that all outputs meet regulatory, quality, and market requirements. You will work closely with the General Manager, production teams, regulatory bodies, and external partners to ensure that PNFC products are competitive, compliant, and optimized for public sector opportunities.

We are looking for someone who can work on-site in

The applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in R&D, Technical Operations, or Regulatory Affairs (preferably in a manufacturing or plant setting) is an advantage.
