Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs collections and repossession related activities; ensures that all processes, transactions, targets, and decisions adhere to established Bank policies and that required turnaround time (TAT) are met.
  • Conducts field visits, skip tracing, collections of assigned accounts or retrieval of collateral vehicle via Extra-Judicial Repossession or implementation of Writ of Replevin within the required turnaround time; Submits photos of these activities to aid future collection efforts. Coordinates with sheriffs or court for the issuance of writ, LTO, HPG and other government agencies to facilitate recovery of vehicles. Handles internal and external client's queries and requests such as preparation of Statement of Account, Payment History and/or clearance and other administrative tasks. Collaborates with the Unit Head, Officers and staffs on the development and implementation of budget for CRMD -related projects.
  • Ensures timely reporting of discovered suspicious or fraudulent incidents involving repossession to immediate supervisor or Department Head. Conducts proper inspection of repossessed vehicle indicating the condition, damages, missing parts and other necessary information on the motor vehicle checklist. Takes the prescribed photos of the vehicle as supporting document.
  • Ensures immediate and safe delivery or shipment of repossessed units to the banks designated warehouse based on the approved TAT.
  • Records all collection efforts exerted on each account, as well as other notes pertinent thereto, into CAMS (Collection and Asset Management System) on real time basis.
  • Actively participates in Customer Experience (CX) programs and ensures that satisfactory ratings in such initiatives are achieved.
  • Actively participates in the Bank's sustainable finance-related activities and performs functions as assigned, to help achieve sustainable finance and other sustainability goals of the bank.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or related field.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in banking and finance.
