As a Reports and Systems Analyst, your role is to contribute on the continuous process improvement of Finance Shared Services by providing timely preparation and analysis of reports per assigned account, system and change management projects, and to identify noted and potential issues on the assigned account and ensure follow through on issues via effective coordination with the business partners/customers and the technology/system vendors.
- Update various applications in terms of user maintenance and report formats.
- Prepare and generate new and regular reports that provide data analytics to support organization direction.
- Document various processes and subsequent changes.
- Organize meetings with various departments for information cascade and alignment.
- Coordinate with various parties to ensure applications used are updated.
Qualifications:
- Background on similar field of work, course in BS Math or Statistics or anything that involves data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a critical skill as well as experience in the use of other similar applications.
