Details:

  • Manage a team of Reports Analyst with the goal of executing the tactical and strategic direction as determined by the Reporting Manager
  • Ensure each Reports Analyst understands and meets his or her required tasks, objectives as well as oversee employee policy/handbook adherence, conduct and performance
  • Delegate work accordingly to team members or one's self thereby ensuring day to day deliverables are met
  • Conduct applicant interviews to fill open positions
  • Understand contract/SLA language in order to translate them into accurate reports
  • Guide and train team members on the use and creation of reports of ITSM tools being used
  • Participate and engage in project launch meetings
  • Assist in SLA configuration of ITSM tools according to contract language and validate accordingly
  • Train, mentor and develop team members on skills necessary to perform their functions
  • Engage Service Delivery Leadership and client if deemed necessary in order to build stronger relationships and understand their needs - not limited to outstanding requests
  • Identify Reporting process strengths and opportunities, leading to formulation and execution of action plans or projects to address opportunities and create additional value for our stakeholders
  • Writing employee performance evaluations, delivering annual merit reviews and performing other administrative tasks as required/assigned
Job Requirements

Details:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course preferably
  • With 3 years of Reports Analyst or 1 year Reporting Team Leader experience in a BPO/ITO company
  • Excellent numerical ability
  • Knowledge of and advanced skill in using personal computers and their applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, and other basic programs such as the use of internet and computer-based communication tools
  • Working understanding of various ITSM tools such as CA, Service Now, Service Aide, Cherwell, etc. and how data can be used for Reporting purposes, especially in terms of SLAs and their configuration
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and training sessions
  • Effectively conduct applicant assessments through exams and interviews with focus on behavioral interviewing
  • Good listening skills and ability to take directions and execute them
  • Keen attention to details
  • Ability to organize work and prioritize tasks
  • Good verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Trustworthy, honest, and cautious in handling sensitive information and documents and has proven personal and professional integrity
  • Ability to work independently or with minimum supervision
  • Open to feedback and constructive criticisms
  • Patience and flexibility in responding to frequently changing requirements and/or management styles
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people throughout all levels of the organization.
