Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business teams specific to Return and Refund Operations and Projects Teams.
  • Drive standardization of data metrics by leveraging business knowledge and best practices.
  • Analyze OKRs to identify trends, diagnose issues, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline reporting and data processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure accurate data representation.
  • Support Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure by assisting users in accessing relevant data.
  • Act as a liaison between Return and Refund Team and BI Team to ensure proper requirement definitions.
  • Enhance reporting tools and systems through process improvements and technology adoption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
  • With a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced SQL, Google Sheets, AppScript, and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and has proven project management skills.
