Your Role:
As an
Assets Process Administrator and Reporting Analyst, you will:
- Support a team of approximately 12 proactive and reactive general maintenance team members across multiple sites.
- Drive process improvement by providing accurate reporting, measurement, and analysis to support maintenance and fuel team transformation.
- Manage and maintain the CMMS (MC) system, ensuring all assets are accurately recorded and work orders are processed in line with KPIs.
- Coordinate and oversee asset audits by retail site, reconciling discrepancies between audit results and the fixed asset register.
- Ensure preventative and reactive maintenance is completed within required timelines using calendar-based or usage-based intervals.
- Maintain records of all planned maintenance processes, work orders, and asset lifecycle activities.
- Partner with Maintenance Category Managers on day-to-day preventative maintenance and asset register management.
- Prepare budget planning, analysis, and reporting to identify cost efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Identify risks, recommend mitigation actions, and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Track and report key metrics related to maintenance efficiency, compliance, cost savings, and system utilisation.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables:- Experience in a high-volume, multi-site general maintenance or asset management environment.
- Strong data management and reporting capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (MC preferred) or similar asset management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred skills/expertise:- Experience managing asset additions, transfers, removals, and coordination with Finance for disposals and write-offs.
- Advanced word processing and documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across maintenance, property, construction, retail, IT, finance, and HR teams.
- Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
- Strong time management, planning, and KPI-driven reporting experience.
