Your Role Purpose & Objective
Reporting to the Revenue Performance Analyst, the primary purpose of the Reporting Analyst role is to work with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored reports, dashboards and analysis to support their business. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering the suite of salesforce content to our teams. You will also provide performance analysis and provide leaders with insights and recommendations for improvement.
We're looking for someone who has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills, who is able to work to meet deadlines.

How you will add value
- Manage our Salesforce report and dashboard content for our business units
- Support the organisation to deliver quality reporting and analytics services that are efficient, effective and in line with their objectives
- Support, maintain and act as the key point of contact for advising on and building salesforce content
- Provide our teams with workload forecasting and productivity tracking
- Assist our Analysts with In depth analysis on our data and deliver meaningful insights to influence and support Leadership in making effective decisions
- Evaluate data quality and integrity to identify issues and opportunities for system and process improvements

Your Experience
- 3+ years experience working in a Reporting Analyst role, reporting with advanced excel skills (pivot tabling and advanced formulae)
- Working knowledge of CRM (data entry/reporting)
- Salesforce experience desirable
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office / G-Suite
- Stakeholder requirements gathering
- Proficient data analytical skills
- Verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders
- Strong time management skills
- Critical thinking and analytical skills required

Success Profile
In the first 0-3 months, the successful incumbent is expected to have delivered:
- You will have a clear understanding of all current salesforce reports and dashboards provided to our teams. You will have become the first point of contact for salesforce reporting content and support your leader with data analysis as required. You will have created and delivered meaningful custom salesforce reports and dashboards that provide our teams with visibility on productivity and performance
In the first 4-6 months, the successful incumbent is expected to have delivered:
- Centralised salesforce reporting content provided to our teams. Deliver regular workload plans and resource forecasts to leaders. Uncover areas for improvement and working with the relevant BT, Product and Data Science teams to recommend solutions on data quality issues.
In the first 7-12 months, the successful incumbent is expected to have delivered:
- Conducted analysis and presented back to leaders with insights and recommendations to improve performance.
