Schedule: 6 am - 3 pm

Salary: 25k-50k (depending on experience)

Summary: The Report Writer is responsible for drafting reports and documentation to support client rehabilitation and funding requirements, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations while maintaining high-quality standards in reporting.

About the Job

Key Duties:

• Draft and edit reports, letters, and documents for client rehabilitation, funding, and NDIS applications.
• Review and incorporate medical and legal materials into reports.
• Identify and address gaps in medical or legal documentation.
• Ensure reports meet legislative and quality standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks for accuracy, grammar, and compliance.
• Maintain and refine reporting templates.
• Manage data entry and documentation in Chameleon Case Manager.
• Liaise with allied health professionals and stakeholders.
• Perform administrative tasks related to NDIS compliance.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Experience in the personal injuries and/or disability environment is advantageous (e.g., journalist or lawyer).
• Basic knowledge of laws and policies, with a willingness to learn.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent writing skills for reports and document editing.
• Able to work independently and in a team, giving helpful feedback.
• Good at making decisions, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Can handle pressure and meet business targets.
