Job Purpose:
The Attendance Management Coordinator is responsible for centralized monitoring and analysis of employee attendance, leave utilization, and absenteeism trends across departments. The role provides backend operational support through data analysis, reporting, and compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to company attendance policies.
The position focuses on identifying attendance patterns, tracking documentation requirements, and escalating trends to reporting officers or line managers for appropriate action.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Attendance Monitoring
• Monitor attendance records, leave utilization, and absenteeism trends across teams.
• Ensure compliance with company leave and attendance policies.
• Identify patterns such as frequent sick leave, recurring absences, or potential attendance concerns.
• Managing leave quotas and liaise with business units on leave plans.
Trend Analysis and Reporting
• Conduct regular analysis of attendance data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Flag attendance concerns Department/Reporting Officer/Line Manager.
• Provide supporting data and insights for leadership to address attendance issues.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Operations teams on attendance-related trends.
• Maintain continued professional development, keeping updated of the latest methods and best practices in the specific area of expertise. Share knowledge and latest information, methods with the Operations and Support teams.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
• Perform related duties may be assigned
