Location: Clark/Cebu/Tarlac/Manila
Work Arrangement: Remote, Fulltime
Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM | Monday - Friday

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you are the gatekeeper of financial accuracy and vendor relationships. This role is a premier opportunity for an early-career professional to build a rock-solid foundation in real estate AP operations within a global context. Working remotely, you will act as a vital link in the North American real estate ecosystem, ensuring that transactions are seamless and that every vendor partner is handled with professional excellence.

Your Impact

  • Master of Invoice Processing: Take ownership of the end-to-end invoice lifecycle. You will ensure every invoice is accurately entered, properly coded, and fully documented within the accounting system, maintaining the integrity of our clients financial data.

  • Architect of Vendor Success: Lead the setup and maintenance of vendor records. From collecting W-9s and insurance certificates to managing ACH enrollments, you ensure that our vendor database is current, compliant, and ready for payment.

  • Proactive Liaison & Coordinator: Serve as the professional face of the AP team for vendor inquiries. You will collaborate closely with property managers and internal teams to secure approvals and resolve discrepancies, ensuring that payment schedules are met without friction.

  • Operational Integrity Guardian: Monitor the AP inbox and drive the month-end close process by ensuring all documentation is processed on schedule. Your attention to detail ensures that reporting is accurate and that the organization's financial obligations are transparently managed.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: 1-3 years of dedicated experience in accounts payable, data entry, or general accounting. You have a proven track record of handling high-volume invoice processing and professional vendor communication.

  • Technical Proficiency: High comfort level with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with Yardi or similar property management/accounting software is a significant advantage.

  • Core Competencies: Exceptional data entry skills with an uncompromising eye for detail. You are a self-motivated professional who can manage a complex workload independently in a remote, night-shift environment.

  • Communication Prowess: Clear and professional verbal and written English communication skills, essential for managing North American stakeholder relationships.
