Job Description

REPORT ANALYST ASSOCIATE

Qualifications

  • At least a bachelor's degree in a field like business, finance, computer science, or information systems
  • 3 - 6 months experience working in a reporting environment, with proven ability to deliver high quality & accurate reports within demanding timescales
  • Strong technical and numerical skills with advanced Excel skills
  • Extensive knowledge of analysis and reporting tools, and CRM systems especially in data extract/reporting
  • Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
  • Familiarity with accounting and finance practices and principles
  • Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
  • Must have an eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Capable of working flexible hours including mandatory overtime when required and extended hours due to business exigencies
  • At least average communication skills, both written and verbal - ability to clearly communicate complex quantitative analysis in actionable insights

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key metrics in the business
  • Responsible for designing key dashboards and scorecards for senior leadership and business unit (team leaders, training team, quality analysts, etc.)
  • Create and maintain efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documentation
  • Seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement within the reporting spectrum

Tasks

  • Track and record daily sales figures, including sales, discounts, and refunds, and send end-of-day reports.
  • Prepare and analyze data reports to support sales initiatives (Yearly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reports).
  • Generate mid-month and end-of-month (EOM) scorecards.
  • Create mid-day and interval productivity reports.
  • Develop comprehensive sales performance reports.
  • Assist in preparing reports and data summaries for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and Town Hall meetings.
  • Coordinate with sales leaders in preparing performance-based reports for disciplinary or performance improvement actions.
