Your Role

As a Repairs & Maintenance Compliance Analyst, you will:

• Assess real-time performance work orders for compliance to priority and delivery against rectification timelines using MMS (Maintenance Management System) data.
• Leverage existing reports and develop new reporting tools from data within the Maintenance Management System.
• Monitor and actively follow up on Priority 1 and 2 critical jobs to minimize operational downtime.
• Identify trends, recurring failures, and sub-optimal decisions to facilitate long-term solutions that reduce repeat spend.
• Collaborate with the Australian Operations team to gather context regarding specific work order priorities.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Strong analytical and data interrogation capability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement across PH and AU teams
• High responsiveness and the ability to thrive in fast-paced operational environments
• Ability to work as a fully integrated extension of the Australian business in the Australian time zone

Preferred Skills/expertise

• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience
• Experience with data reporting tools
• Previous experience in a compliance or independent oversight role
