- Assists repair & maintenance team in ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, orderly, and functional
- Cleaning of aircon units and cooling equipment.
- Perform minor repair works, which includes repairing of cabinets, doors, furniture and fixtures.
- Knowledgeable on carpentry works & basic plumbing tasks , which includes de-clogging & leaks repair.
- Inspecting control panels and electrical wiring to detect any issues that require immediate action.
- Conducts inventory of maintenance supplies.
- Ensures that all maintenance equipment is in good working conditions.
- Other tasks that may be allocated from time to time.
Qualifications
- With at least one (1) year work related experience preferably as building maintenance.
- At least High school graduate or holder of a vocational certificate in building maintenance, electrical technology, or similar field.
- Amenable to travel to different store branches (QC and Manila only) for repair and maintenance
- Has basic knowledge in construction works, repair and maintenance.
- Must be willing to work 6 days a week with 1 day off
- Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule (morning, night, graveyard shift)
- Can render overtime if needed (with pay)
