Responsible for the implementation of repair and preventive maintenance programs and renovation of Retail shops and facilities covering, but not limited to architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, sanitary and plumbing systems.
Review of structural portions, counterchecking of architectural designs and budgets for projects. Supervises jobs done by in-house personnel and contractors.
Omplements repair and maintenance programs and work schedules for facilities equipment, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of such programs.
Ensure that weekly and monthly reports pertaining to work accomplishments of the section are submitted to his superior on time.
Review requests from various sites and departments and prepare documents to attend immediately. • Regular inspection of physical status of bingo hall and recommend repairs to be done to maintain the hall in good operating condition and presentable at all times.
Meet with Mall Administration and Engineers to discuss things pertaining to renovation, retrofitting and downsizing •
Preparation of minor design and shop drawings before implementation.
Attends to troubleshooting and emergency repairs at branches
Prepares requests for quotations with specifications, scope of works and timetables and requests drawings from the Design and/or PM Section for contractors
Background:
At least three years experience in the preparation and implementation of repair and maintenance programs, specifications, estimates, working plans, safety systems and practices for air conditioning, air filtration and exhaust systems, pumps, fire protection and fire fighting equipment, electrical, lighting and communication systems for small buildings and commercial establishments
Physically fit for Office and Construction job site work environment.
