Job Description
As a Renewals Specialist, you manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for SaaS customer accounts, ensuring contracts are renewed accurately and on time. You work closely with internal teams and customers to maintain retention, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for account growth.

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 3 years of B2B SaaS renewals experience in a similar role such as customer success, account management, SDR, BDR, or related roles
Preferred Skills
- Experience driving renewals with predictable outcomes and achieving targeted gross retention rates
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Experience managing client relationships using Salesforce.com
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while supporting scalable renewal processes
- Proactive problem-solving mindset focused on exceeding client expectations
- Skilled in responding to questions aligned with approval frameworks and exceptions
- Ability to provide administrative support to Renewals Managers
- Strong focus on ensuring timely closure of renewal contracts
Your Daily Tasks
- Own and manage the end-to-end renewal process for accounts smaller than $100K ARR, primarily through written communication
- Report to the Manager, Global Renewals with a focus on customer retention and account uplift
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and renewal statuses
- Provide regular reports on renewal pipeline health, risks, and opportunities
- Execute defined strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn
- Collaborate with Installed Base leadership, Finance, Legal, and Order Management teams to ensure contract accuracy
- Verify contracts, review terms and conditions, and maintain data integrity across all quotes
