The Asia Pacific Renewal Sales Optimization and Operations Manager is responsible for
driving renewal performance through both strategic optimization and disciplined sales operations across the APAC region. This role combines analytical rigor, process leadership, and commercial insight to improve renewal outcomes across multiple renewal motions. The primary objectives are to
increase renewal rate, improve target attainment, and maximize on-time renewals, while enabling scalable, predictable execution.
This role partners closely with APAC Renewal Sales Leadership, Account Managers, Distribution, Finance, and Global Sales Operations, acting as the regional authority on renewal performance optimization and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Optimization
- Lead a special project on renewal sales optimization
- Design and continuously refine renewal strategies, segmentation, and coverage models to improve renewal conversion and productivity
- Optimize renewal execution across 3 customer segments
- Identify performance gaps by market, motion and customer segment; drive corrective actions with field leadership
- Improve early / on-time renewal execution, churn prevention, upsell and renewal cycle efficiency
Sales Operations
- Own APAC renewal operating cadence including monthly and quarterly business reviews and Annual Operating Plan.
- Govern renewal pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and ARR visibility
- Build and maintain renewal dashboards and reports covering funnel status, forecast, target attainment, on-time renewal rate and churn risk
Qualifications
- 812 years in renewal sales operations, sales optimization, or revenue operations within enterprise technology or cybersecurity
- Proven success in running improvement projects
- Proven experience influencing regional sales teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and analytical / problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into commercial action
- Highly comfortable with Salesforce, Excel, BI tools, and large datasets
- Experience in Phyton programming is a plus.
