Job Description

The DCX Workday Finance Project Manageracts as a foundational support role within the organization, assisting customers in optimizing their business processes. This position requires a basic to intermediate-level of expertise in Workday reporting and/or Workday Financials, basic to intermediate-level of expertise in Data analysis, basic understanding of company business processes, effective communication skills with internal departments, and the ability to apply basic project management on assigned tasks.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Workday Technical Skills: Fundamental skills in Workday Reporting and/or Workday Finance, including knowledge in creating reports and dashboards, configuration and maintenance of FIN business processes, and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Data Analytics Proficiency: Basic to intermediate proficiency in creating analytics and data visualizations using technology tools like Excel and/or Power BI, presenting technical data as actionable recommendations.
  • Foundational Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of business processes with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Eager to assist in identifying challenges and contributing to solutions under guidance.
  • Project Support Skills: Strong organizational skills to help manage tasks and priorities within projects, with support from senior team members.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Basic Business Process Knowledge

- Maintain a foundational understanding of company's business processes and their relevance to departmental functions to support effective collaboration.

  • Technical Expertise Workday

- Utilize basic administration skills in tools like Workday Reporting and Workday FIN to support internal requests across departments, execute projects, and maintain data integrity through regular audits.

- Identify efficiencies and process improvements that can be applied to existing business processes and data management strategies.

  • Technical Expertise Data Analytics and Reporting

- Develop data visualizations and analytics using Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint, ensuring accuracy through data cleaning and manipulation.

- Create technology-driven reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights aligned with business needs and compliance.

  • Project Objective Understanding

- Understand customer project objectives and ensure alignment with organizational capabilities while clarifying requirements and expectations. Customer Relationship Management

- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Project Support

- Assist in project execution under guidance, contributing to progress monitoring and problem-solving with team members.

  • Team Collaboration

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communication and integration of business processes, sharing ideas for workflow improvement in meetings.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of direct project management or process improvement experience. Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Technical Skills Workday: Basic-Intermediate Level of Experience with Workday Reports and/or Workday FIN.
  • Technical Skills Analytics: Basic-Intermediate Level of Experience with Data Analysis Tools like Excel, Power BI, Gsheets, etc.
  • Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the BPO industry.

  • Salary Range: Php 65,000.00 Php 75,000.00
