Specializing in bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and full home renovations, we offer conceptual design through construction completion. Role Description

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and clerical support while assisting the design and marketing teams with project coordination, vendor management, and material sourcing. We are looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented professional who can help streamline operations and contribute to our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for multiple platforms, including social media, website, and newsletters
  • Design and edit marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and similar software
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research on construction and interior design trends and materials
  • Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external communications, including emails, documents, and marketing copy
  • Support brand visibility and promotional initiatives across various channels
  • Schedule and conduct phone interviews with prospective employees
  • Maintain and create Excel spreadsheets for employee and project records
  • Onboard new employees and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Organize and maintain a well-structured filing system for easy storage and retrieval of company records
  • Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external communications, including emails and documents
  • Assist in preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and contractual documentation
  • Manage telephone and email correspondence efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and organize meetings; manage calendars for managers
  • Work closely with the design team to create project material documents
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and source materials per project specifications
  • Track and document all ordered materials and update project folders accordingly
  • Support other administrative and marketing tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in marketing, including content creation for social media, website, and other platforms
  • Proficient in marketing design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Fluent in English, with strong writing and numerical skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

Job Type: Full-time Remote Position

Salary - $6,000 to $8,000 per year

Hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (CDT)
