The role

You'll own the top of our hiring funnel. Run video interviews, and hand our hiring managers a shortlist of people worth their time. You'll be the first face of the company that every candidate meets, so how you come across on camera matters as much as how fast you fill the pipeline.

What you'll do

• Run video interviews (expect to be on camera for a large part of your day)
• Screen against clear scorecards and candidate profiles we give you, no guesswork required
• Keep our ATS accurate and up to date so nothing falls through the cracks
• Deliver an agreed number of qualified, interview-ready candidates every month
• Move fast: we measure time from application to first contact, and we care about it
• Give every candidate a professional, respectful experience, whether they're hired or not

What we're looking for

• Flawless English. Spoken and written, near-native fluency, clear and neutral accent, no hesitation. This is non-negotiable.
• Strong camera presence. Confident, warm and articulate on video, with good lighting, clean audio and a professional background
• Organised and self-directed: you'll be trusted with targets, not micromanaged
• Reliable home office: fast internet, a quiet space, and a backup plan for power or connection issues
• Previous experience in recruiting, screening, or customer-facing video roles is a plus

The details

• Fully remote, based in the Philippines, working as an independent contractor
• Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00 CET (16:00 to 02:00 Manila time), with a 1.5-hour break
• Direct collaboration with the founders and hiring managers, short decision chains, real ownership
