We run high-volume recruiting and need someone who can actually keep up. You'll write job descriptions, post them on LinkedIn, source and pre-screen 150 candidates a day, and stay on top of every conversation in the pipeline. You'll move people through multi-phase assessments and proctor live tests on call so nobody cheats. Daily activity reports are non-negotiable — if we don't see your numbers, the work didn't happen.
Perfect English, strong Excel, and proven experience handling real recruiting volume are required. Not I once helped with hiring — actual volume. Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a working webcam are baseline, not bonuses.
We're not a brutal place to work, but we are serious. Remote doesn't mean if I don't feel like it today, it's fine. We need someone who treats this like a real job: shows up, hits the numbers, sends the report, and communicates when something's off. Do that and we're easy to work with.
