About the Role
The Remote Marketing Execution Lead will be responsible for leading and managing marketing operations, overseeing and executing paid advertising campaigns, collaborating closely with content and creative teams, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven optimization decisions. This role also involves executing marketing plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
This position is fully remote, offering a 100% work-from-home setup that provides the flexibility and autonomy needed to achieve exceptional results from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Daily Marketing Execution
- Manage and direct the day-to-day activities of the marketing team (Paid Ads, Content, Visual)
- Set clear weekly priorities and ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Review and approve all outgoing marketing materials before publishing
Translate Strategy Into Action
- Convert high-level marketing direction into actionable plans for the team
- Ensure all campaigns and content align with funnel stages (Awareness → Consideration → Showroom → Conversion)
- Maintain consistency across all marketing channels
Enforce Performance & Accountability
- Track performance of campaigns, content, and creatives
- Ensure every activity is tied to a measurable goal (e.g. leads, bookings, conversions)
- Hold team members accountable to output and outcome standards
Drive Marketing Decisions
- Analyse campaign performance and take decisive actions (scale, pause, iterate)
- Propose and execute weekly improvements based on data
- Avoid passive reporting — focus on actions that improve results
Improve Marketing Effectiveness
- Identify gaps in current marketing efforts and implement improvements
- Work with CRM and sales processes to improve lead quality and conversion
- Continuously refine messaging, creatives, and targeting
Continuous Learning & Applied Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices across paid media, content, and CRM
- Evaluate new ideas critically and assess their relevance to the company's business model
- Translate relevant insights into actionable experiments and improvements
- Continuously test, learn, and refine strategies to improve campaign performance and conversion outcomes
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello)
- Experience managing CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com or similar systems)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a marketing team lead role
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
