Virtual Sales Assistant - Automotive (Full-Time, Long-Term)

AKB Studios is a Calgary-based technology company. We build systems that help sales professionals generate their own leads, book their own appointments, and close more deals without relying on anyone handing them business.

We're hiring a Virtual Sales Assistant to run the front line of one of our client's automotive sales pipelines. This is not a generic VA role. You will be the engine of a real sales system.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Respond to inbound inquiries on Facebook Marketplace within 5 minutes (real people ready to buy cars)

Send outbound messages to people selling their cars on Marketplace (they're buying their next one)

Qualify leads using a proven sales script we'll train you on fully

Book appointments directly into our CRM system

Post vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji daily

Keep the CRM updated accurately after every interaction

Send a daily report at end of your shift

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Fluent written English - you'll be having real sales conversations, not just copy-pasting templates

Fast responder - speed is everything in this role, leads go cold in minutes

Sales-minded - you understand that every message is an opportunity

Organised - you can manage a task queue and keep notes accurate

Reliable - we need someone who shows up every single day without being chased

Experience with Facebook Marketplace is a big plus

Experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting is a big plus

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Mountain Time (Calgary, Canada)

Full-time - 40 hours per week

PAY

Starting: 10,000 PHP/month

Performance path to: 20,000 PHP/month based on appointments booked and deals closed
