The firm works fully remotely between the United States, Europe and Asia serving a primarily international clientele.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Philippines based and licensed Remote IP and Ecommerce Attorney.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist American attorneys and staff in the processing of appeals and arbitrations with Amazon and other ecommerce platforms, including client intake;
• Assist attorneys and staff in interacting with ecommerce platforms on behalf of IP rights holders;
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the policies, operations and functionality of Amazon and other ecommerce platforms;
• Identify and follow news and trends in ecommerce in the Philippines, the U.S. and abroad;
• Assist in the production of marketing materials, including blog posts, related to ecommerce;
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

All staff attorneys take part in the firm's marketing and business development efforts.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and research skills

Ability to work independently

Active PH bar license required

Experience in ecommerce and intellectual property law is a plus

Fluency in second language preferred

Love of travel is a plus
