Job Description

Role Overview

Detail-oriented specialist responsible for building and managing systems inside GoHighLevel
Focused on creating clean, scalable automations and ensuring seamless system integrations
Supports business growth through optimized workflows, pipelines, and digital processes

Key Responsibilities (GoHighLevel)

Create, test, and optimize workflows for automation, nurturing, and internal processes
Build and configure quizzes with scoring logic and conditional flows
Create and manage forms, custom fields, triggers, and integrations
Manage memberships: products, courses, lessons, access levels, and updates
Oversee payments: products, invoices, subscriptions, and troubleshooting
Manage opportunities: pipelines, stages, custom fields, automation triggers
Ensure smooth integration between forms, calendars, workflows, and pipelines
Conduct QA testing to ensure automation accuracy and reliability

Technical / Web Support (Optional)

Build or edit pages and funnels using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or WordPress
Create custom components or integrations to support GHL processes
Manage WordPress edits, plugins, and basic troubleshooting
Improve UI performance and frontend functionality

Qualifications

Proven experience with GoHighLevel (required)
Strong understanding of workflows, forms, quizzes, memberships, payments, and pipelines
Logical thinker with strong attention to detail
Proactive problem-solver with good communication skills
