Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics through real-time reporting to identify trends and insights.
Generate accurate KPI reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness for the assigned division.
Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.
Review and identify duplicate records to maintain clean and reliable databases.
Utilize multiple data sources to update incomplete or incorrect information.
Develop and maintain standardized Quality Control (QC) reports to detect and correct data inconsistencies.
Implement efficient processes for data collection, cleanup, maintenance, analysis, and validation across the organization.
Demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Maintain a high level of accuracy with strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Apply strong analytical thinking to interpret data and identify meaningful patterns.
Communicate effectively through clear verbal and written communication.
Stay organized and strategic by aligning reporting and analysis with business objectives.
Take initiative by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and coordinating with the team.
