Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst / KPI Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in real-time reporting, data validation, and performance trend analysis. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in MS Excel, data quality control (QC), and business intelligence reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
This role is responsible for generating daily, weekly, monthly, and annual KPI reports, diagnosing trends in key performance metrics, and ensuring data accuracy across assigned divisions. You will collaborate closely with leadership teams to align reporting insights with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include reviewing duplicate records, correcting incomplete or inaccurate data using multiple data sources, and developing standardized data quality control (QC) reports. The role also involves implementing structured processes for data collection, cleanup, maintenance, validation, and analysis to ensure organization-wide data integrity.
