Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Brello


Join our dedicated team at Brello as a Customer Service Representative. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support while gathering valuable feedback to enhance our offerings.


Responsibilities:



  • Customer Engagement and Inquiry Resolution:Assist patients by addressing their inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, and orders. Provide support and share relevant information with potential patients via Intercom.


  • Subscription Management:Ensure that patient subscriptions in WooCommerce are functioning correctly, resolving any issues to maintain a seamless experience.


  • Participate in Training:Attend training sessions to learn effective communication strategies and collaborate with team leaders to improve customer interactions.


  • Meet Performance Goals:Achieve targets for ticket/call volume, customer satisfaction, and reviews collected, and report your progress to the management team.



Qualifications:



  • Strong English communication skills (native or fluent), with the ability to effortlessly initiate and engage in conversations.


  • Intercom experience is required


  • Woocommerce experience is preferred


  • Stripe experience is preferred


  • Coldcalling experience is preferred


  • Experience in customer service or telemarketing.


  • Comfortable using CRM systems like Go High Level and call tools like Wave.


  • Commitment to continuous learning and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.


  • Problem solving - tech savvy


  • Health & Wellness Industries experience is preferred
