We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support candidates throughout the licensing process. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple follow-ups in a fast-paced remote environment.

This is an opportunity to work directly with U.S.-based leadership while contributing to a high-growth operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the candidate onboarding and licensing process from offer acceptance to exam completion
  • Provide clear customer service support via phone, email, and CRM communication
  • Follow structured workflows and scripts to ensure compliance accuracy
  • Track daily progress and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
  • Proactively follow up to ensure timelines and licensing milestones are met
  • Deliver a professional, positive customer experience throughout the process

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable handling high-volume follow-ups
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Prior customer service or administrative support experience is a plus
