We are now transitioning from a traditional high-growth model to a tech-first operation, building a proprietary AI-powered operating system to automate the entire real estate lifecycle. This role is for a developer who wants to build the brain of a market-leading firm, turning raw data and manual workflows into a seamless, autonomous machine.
Role Overview: You will work directly with the founder to architect and build an AI-powered operating system. The system will be centered around OpenClaw (or an equivalent recommended architecture) and initially deployed locally on a Mac Mini AI server, with the option to evolve into a hybrid or cloud architecture. This is a long-term collaboration focused on designing intelligent automation infrastructure rather than just following tasks.
Core Objectives (90-Day Roadmap):
- Month 1: Configure OpenClaw infrastructure/Mac Mini environment, establish vector database/memory architecture, and build initial API integration pipelines.
- Month 2: Deploy AI agents for operational workflows, automate vendor reporting, and implement automated marketing and deal pipeline generation.
- Month 3: Deploy transcription/analysis systems for calls, build task-generation assistants, and implement predictive buyer/seller behavior insights.
Primary Tasks (Systems To Be Built):
- Lead Generation: Automated scraping/monitoring of portals (realestate.com.au, Domain), buyer lead enrichment, and prospect list building.
- CRM & Intelligence: REX Hub integration, automated lead scoring, and predictive analysis of buyer/seller behavior.
- Meeting Intelligence: Automatic recording/transcription, AI summarization, and pattern recognition to prioritize calls.
- Marketing & Listing Systems: Automated property descriptions, social media content, vendor reports, and SMS/Email campaign orchestration.
- Business Intelligence: Competitor monitoring, price movement tracking, and automated market analysis.
- Internal Operations: Document drafting automation, contract clause generation, and task orchestration systems.
Required Experience:
- Strong experience with AI automation systems and LLM tools (OpenAI APIs, etc.).
- Proven track record building agent-based workflows and AI orchestrations.
- Experience with API integrations (specifically CRM and Productivity tools).
- Experience working with data pipelines and vector databases.
- Ability to design system architecture (Local, Hybrid, and Cloud).
Nice to Have Experience:
- Experience with Real Estate technology (REX Hub, Realtair, listing portals).
- Experience with Mac-based local AI server environments.
- Experience coordinating specialist developers for specific modular tasks.
Required Education/Certification:
