BOF, Inc. (A Rural Bank) is looking for astrategic and results-driven Remedial Management Department Head (OIC)to lead the recovery and management of past-due loans, litigation accounts, and Real & Other Properties Acquired (ROPA). Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Remedial Management Department
- Manage loans in litigation, foreclosure proceedings, and ROPA accounts
- Review and recommend approval of remedial management documents and reports
- Monitor past-due ratios, big-ticket accounts, and ROPA income performance
- Negotiate settlements with borrowers and buyers of acquired properties
- Evaluate financial capacity of buyers for installment transactions
- Supervise department staff and monitor performance
- Coordinate with legal counsel, appraisers, brokers, and internal committees
- Represent the bank in auctions and oversee property consolidation and disposal
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in credit, remedial management, or collections, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in loan recovery, foreclosure, litigation, and ROPA/property management
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with Risk frameworks and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Financial Systems spreadsheets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
