Job Description

The position is primarily responsible for providing support to the section head in maintaining and managing all acquired assets of the bank. The position is also responsible for giving assistance during appraisal, valuation, and disposal of these assets.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintains acquired asset records in the bank system for compliance monitoring.
  • Keeps all acquired asset documentation copies in individual loan files.
  • Assists in appraising and valuing acquired assets to determine their market value and potential return on investment.
  • Recommends plans for effective disposition of assets.
  • Helps during the sale and settlement of these assets with external clients.
  • Assists in disposing of acquired assets in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepares data on the status and performance of acquired assets.
  • Keeps abreast of market trends and conditions affecting asset valuation.
  • Participates actively during staff meetings, training programs and other professional development work.
  • Makes recommendation on matters pertinent to business operations and other related activities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Management, Real Estate Management, or any related course.
  • At least one (1) year of work-related experience handling acquired asset and valuation.
  • Experience handling non-performing loans (NPL), past due accounts, and restructuring is preferred.
  • Exposure to legal recovery processes, foreclosure, and asset disposal is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and collection skills.
  • Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite
