We are currently seeking a Reliever - Patient Experience Officer to join our team supporting an Australian healthcare client. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with patient inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional responses to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, changes, and general queries
- Document patient interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to escalate issues or concerns as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations related to patient information
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the patient experience team
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, customer service, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, preferably within healthcare
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear Australian accent preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality
- Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to patient management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work day shifts according to Australian client hours
