Sales and Marketing Officer/Relationship Officer

Pay Range: PHP 25,000-30,000

Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to lead the promotion and

growth of the bank's products and services. This role is responsible for expanding client

base, generating high-quality loan applications, and guiding clients from initial engagement

through to loan disbursement.

The role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in loan marketing

within the banking or financing industry. The candidate must demonstrate strong

competencies in relationship management, attention to detail, and the ability to influence

outcomes and deliver results within a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to promote the bank's loan and financial

products

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the bank's portfolio

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and

referrals

• Evaluate client portfolios and guide applications through to successful

disbursement

• Ensure quality and completeness of submitted applications

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and turnaround of

applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Management, Marketing, Finance,

Economics, or related fields)

• At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in banking, financing, or loan-related

roles

• Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills

• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and results-driven

• Experience as a Sales and Marketing Officer in a bank or financing company is an

advantage
