What You'll Do

As a Relationship Manager based in VisMin, you will play an integral role in supporting the financial wellbeing of your clients by offering thoughtful advice and comprehensive banking solutions.   • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards in every aspect of client servicing.
  • Facilitate day-to-day banking transactions such as deposits, remittances, foreign exchange dealings, trade services, and cash management solutions by coordinating closely with internal teams.
  • Generate new-to-bank relationships through networking activities, referrals from existing clients, and active engagement within relevant industries.
  • Identify financing needs including working capital facilities, term loans, trade lines, or structured solutions by conducting thorough financial reviews and preparing well-supported credit proposals.
  • Manage and nurture a defined portfolio of banking clients by developing long-term relationships built on trust, understanding each client's unique financial position, liquidity requirements, and investment objectives through regular meetings.
  • Monitor account activity, credit utilisation, and overall portfolio performance to ensure optimal outcomes for both clients and the bank.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking requirements and service-related concerns, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
